5-Day Orientation Training for newly joined DMs at PPHI Sindh Head Office conlcludes
The 5-day Orientation for District Managers and Head Office Officers at PPHI Sindh was a comprehensive and enriching experience that took place from January 8th to 12th, 2024. The program commenced with a warm welcome and recitation, setting a positive tone for the days ahead. Led by Mr. Riaz Hussain Rahoojo, the COO, participants were introduced to the organization's overview, emphasizing PPHI Sindh's commitment to honesty.
Each day unfolded with recitations, insightful sessions, and engaging presentations by various wings, including Administration, Repair & Renovation, Solarization, Research, IT, and Technical wings. A legendary quote emphasizing honesty as the best policy in PPHI Sindh resonated throughout the orientation.
Highlights included a Certificate Distribution Ceremony on the penultimate day, with certificates presented by CEO Mr. Javed Ali Jagirani. The closing day featured an interactive session on Operations Management and skill development, followed by presentations from the nutrition and media wings.
As the 5-day journey concluded, participants shared feedback, and Mr. Javed Ali Jagirani delivered closing remarks, expressing gratitude to all involved. This orientation was a testament to the commitment to knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and professional growth at PPHI Sindh. Here's to the beginning of a new chapter filled with success and continuous learning!
