PPHI Sindh CEO chairs Quarterly Review Meeting for RO-I and RO-VI
On Saturday. 27th July 2024, PPHI Sindh's CEO, Mr. Javed Ali Jagirani, led the Quarterly Review Meeting (QRM) at the MCH Jannat Gul conference hall in RO-VI Karachi. The session, attended by key team members including Director Health Services Dr. Zakir Ali and Senior Director Mr. Israr Ahmed Sodhar, focused on reviewing critical performance indicators. Discussions encompassed the compliance status of previous meeting minutes, IDM findings, quarterly performance indicators, MDA, MMU inputs, MOM visits, and per patient costs. The CEO, Mr. Javed Ali Jagirani emphasized the importance of addressing low-performing areas through dedicated efforts, with a special focus on improving data quality. All District Officers were directed to systematically address IDM observations to enhance healthcare delivery.
