Qualification: Intermediate. Age; 20 to 30 years Preferably Married Residing within same Union Council (CNIC address of the CHW or her husband must be same as of UC address) UC Certificate & CNIC is mandatory (Preference will be given to those whose husband or brother gives consent for support having motor bike).
