PPHI Sindh embarked on its journey in 2007, commencing operations in District Kashmore and gradually expanding its footprint to encompass 26 districts across Sindh. Initially entrusted with this responsibility by the Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Sindh (GoS), the organization transitioned to an independent nonprofit entity in 2013. Registered under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (since repealed by the Companies Act, 2017), PPHI Sindh entered into a fresh MoU with the GoS to continue its mission. Our nonprofit status has further been endorsed by the Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy (PCP), a government-approved body for recognizing nonprofit organizations. Governed by a Board of Directors comprising seven seasoned members with extensive and diverse expertise, PPHI Sindh remains committed to its mandate of revitalizing healthcare services in rural Sindh.

At the heart of our establishment lies the objective of revitalizing healthcare services in rural Sindh. Our immediate focus was to ensure the seamless functioning of health facilities entrusted to PPHI Sindh, thereby providing comprehensive healthcare services to all individuals within their vicinity. To achieve this objective, we deployed a dedicated and competent management team, which embarked on its mission with unwavering determination and vigor.
