Review Meeting & Visit of Worthy CEO PPHI at District Tando Allah Yar


Mr. Javed Ali Jagiran, CEO PPHI Sindh visited District Tando Allah Yar along with Mr. Khalid Ahmed Qureshi Director IT, Mr. Ayaz Ahmed Staff Officer to CEO and IT Team.

District Manager Ms. Razia Sultana briefed over services and routine operations. However, Director IT gave presentation on newly installed face recognition biometric machine, its monitoring and connectivity with DO and HO.

Besides, Ms. Razia Sultana DM TAY gave presentation over DO KPIs also briefed about status of HR, DMR, R&R work, Medicine availability and DTL pending issues.

Mr. Javed Ali, visited main DO store and ware house and gave some directions, then visited HFs BHU plus Ditto kalro, BHU plus Sultanabad stand, RHC Chamber & BHU plus Dhingano Bozdar. He visited all sections of all HFs including OPD side, MCHC side, laboratory, medicine store, dispensary, OTP site, labor rooms, KMC rooms of all HFs and OPD section, X-ray room, dental unit, Gen expert room, Laboratory, FC / Nashonima project, emergency section, old building of emergency of RHC Chamber.

Mr. Javed Ali appreciated the hard work of DO team including DM, technical team, monitoring team, AAP and staff of HFs for proper following of guidelines given by HO.

He also checked referral records, asked about referral guidelines, asked about the referral mechanism and admired the implementation of referral guidelines, also appreciated HF staff for proper record keeping, referral mechanism cleanliness, greenery and park establishment at HFs.
