PPHI Sindh organises its Provincial Review Meeting
On 25th September 2024, the Provincial Review Meeting took place at the Regional Office, Hyderabad, chaired by the Chief Executive Officer of PPHI Sindh. This important gathering aimed to assess the performance of districts and regions to improve healthcare services across the province. The meeting was attended by senior leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Director, and both Directors of Health Services. Participants included all Regional Directors, District Managers, and Regional Managers of RO-I Hyderabad. The agenda focused on key areas of operational performance, starting with a review of previous meeting minutes, followed by an analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and a thorough evaluation of Rural Health Centers (RHC). Routine Monitoring and the Maternal Death Audit were also extensively discussed to ensure quality healthcare delivery and to identify gaps in services. Another critical area of discussion was the Per-Patient Cost and Medicine Audit, highlighting financial efficiency in healthcare services. Updates on key public health initiatives, including the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) and Benazir Nashonuma Program (BNP), were also presented. The meeting concluded with a final ranking of districts based on performance data. Overall, the discussions were productive, with clear directives issued to enhance healthcare services and streamline operations for better outcomes in Sindh.
