AAP organizes TOT on Lactation Management and Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative


Accelerated Action Plan, Health Department, Government of Sindh in collaboration with UNICEF, WHO, SOGP, PPA and PPHI Sindh has organized a two-day Training of Trainers on 'Lactation Management and Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI)' at Primary Health Facilities on 22-23 (First Batch) and 24-25 (Second Batch) September 2020 at Jinnah Post Graduate Medical College (JPMC).

Drs. Khalid Shafi and Ammara - PPA, Dr. Mazhar Iqbal - UNICEF and Dr. DS Akram are the main trainers of the training.

A total of 50 participants including MNCH Coordinators, MOHQs and PHSs from all offices (district, region and head office) of PPHI Sindh will be trained as a result of this training. All the participants will receive a certificate of participation.
