The CEO of PPHI Sindh visited BHU Plus Rahooja and MCHC Kausar on the evening of Tuesday, 14th January 2025.
During this night visit, he conducted a thorough inspection of both healthcare facilities, evaluating all operational areas to ensure they were functioning effectively.
Engaging directly with the on-duty staff, he inquired about key performance indicators (KPIs) and gathered insights into the quality of healthcare services offered. He also sought feedback from patients and their attendants, who largely expressed satisfaction with the care provided.
One key highlight of the visit was the inspection of the newly established Post-operative Ward at MCHC Kausar, which received positive feedback for its operational state. Any observations made during the visit have been shared with the relevant management for continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
