A high-level strategic meeting was held at the PPHI Sindh Head Office, chaired by Worthy CEO Mr. Javed Ali Jagirani, with a distinguished delegation from Aga Khan University (AKU), led by Dr. Zainab Samad, Professor & Chair, Department of Medicine, AKU. The meeting focused on strengthening institutional collaboration and exploring opportunities to further improve primary healthcare delivery across both rural and urban areas of Sindh.
During the meeting, representatives from PPHI Sindh and Aga Khan University discussed areas of mutual interest, including healthcare service delivery, implementation research, capacity building, evidence-based interventions, and strengthening healthcare systems at the primary level. The participants emphasized the importance of translating research and technical expertise into practical interventions that can improve access to quality healthcare services for communities across the province.
