CEO PPHI Sindh, Mr Javed Ali Jagirani, spoke as one of the key speakers for a webinar in celebration of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Day 2024 as part of the global movement of “UHC2030” for building stronger health systems. This year’s theme of UHC 2024 “Health: Its on the government” resonates closely with PPHI Sindh’s relevance as a strategic government’s partner in the implementation of UHC. Mr Javed spoke about PPHI Sindh’s role and its determination for providing primary health care services, being a cornerstone for UHC. He shared statistical reach of services and the resulting reduction of the out of pocket expenditure. He concluded his talk by emphasizing on the role of collaboration and partnerships for improving coverage across the province of Sindh.
