Quarterly Performance Review Meeting- RO I & RO VI
A Regional Performance Review Meeting for RO I and RO VI was held at MCHC Jannat Gul Hospital, Karachi, chaired by CEO PPHI, Sir Javed Ali Jagerani, with participation from senior officials from head office including COO Sir Riaz Hussain Rahoojo, Director M&E/HR Sir Israr Sodhar , DHS Dr Zakir Punar, Deputy Director Health Services Dr Samiullah Odho, DD MNCH Madam Rabia, DD Secondary Madam Namia, and District Managers with their technical and monitoring teams. The meeting focused on key performance indicators, operational progress, HR matters, medicine supply, monitoring observations, and service utilization trends, with special emphasis on maternal and child health services, community engagement, and accurate data reporting.
Participants discussed operational challenges and offered practical recommendations to improve service delivery. The CEO appreciated the collective efforts, provided strategic guidance, and emphasized the need for consistent monitoring, improved coordination, and timely implementation of action points. He concluded by urging all teams to uphold PPHI's standards and convert the meeting's discussions into measurable improvements for better healthcare outcomes.
