Handing over/taking over ceremony of new primary healthcare facilities, Phase-I, District Ghotki


In pursuance of Head Office directives, a joint survey of the following new Government Primary Health Care Facilities under Phase-I was successfully completed:

1. GD Yaro Lund
2. GD Naseer Dhaundhoo
3. GD Mir Khan Rind

Subsequently, the Handing Over / Taking Over ceremony of the above mentioned three health facilities was held at the DHO Office, on 06-07-2026. AlhamaduAllah, the said health facilities were formally taken over by the PPHI Sindh, DO Ghotki. DM Ghotki Mr. Muhammad Arif Abbasi Sb and tge DHO Ghotki Mr. Rao Aftab Sb signed handing/taking over documents.
