Joint Performance Review Meeting for April-May 2025 Held at Marvi Garden Complex
The Joint Performance Review Meeting (PRM) for the months of April and May 2025 of Regional Offices I and VI was held at Marvi Garden Complex, Hyderabad, under the chairmanship of Mr. Javed Ali Jagirani, CEO PPHI Sindh. The meeting saw active participation from DHS I & II, Regional Directors along with their core teams, District Managers, and District Technical Teams (DTTs). The session provided a platform to evaluate progress, identify gaps, and discuss strategic improvements in healthcare service delivery.
Key agenda points included the implementation status of previous PRM minutes, performance review of KPIs, analysis of DHIS errors, and progress of SHRUCs, RHCs, mobile clinics, and labs under the 1000 Days Program. Other major discussions involved medicine audits, PPC compliance, and follow-up on CEO's observations from past visits. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, reaffirming PPHI Sindh's commitment to continuous improvement and efficient healthcare delivery across districts.
