Provincial PRM at Regional Office Hyderabad
The Provincial Performance Review Meeting September 2025 was convened under the chair of the Worthy CEO PPHI Sindh, Sir Javed Ali Jagirani sb at Marvi Garden Complex Hyderabad today.
Respected COO Sir Riaz Hussain Rahoojo , Dir HR, DHS-I & II, Deputy Director Sec Care, All Regional Directors with their core teams, All District Managers and RHC Coordinator were among the participants.
The honorable Chair led an in-depth discussion on the following agenda points;
1. Compliance of Meeting Minutes.
2. Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. RHC Performance Review
4. Routine Monitoring findings and analysis with a way forward.
5. Detailed Analysis of MoM.
6. Final district wise performance ranking (Annual and Quarterly).
7. Issues and Challenges with the permission of the Chair.
The meeting ended with the vote of thanks.
