PPHI Sindh Concludes 5-Day Orientation for District Managers and Head Office Officials


PPHI Sindh successfully conducted a five-day orientation training at Avari Hotels, Karachi for newly appointed District Managers and officials from the Head Office. The purpose of this intensive training was to align new team members with the organization's systems, strategic priorities, and field-level implementation approaches. The program began with a welcome address by CEO Mr. Javed Ali Jagirani, who emphasized the vital role of district leadership in sustaining quality healthcare delivery across Sindh.

Over the five days, participants received detailed briefings from various wings including Technical, Admin, IT, Pathology, Monitoring, Communication & Media, Nutrition, and key programs like the Benazir Nashonuma and 1000 Days initiatives. The sessions covered operational models, digital systems, diagnostics, performance monitoring, public engagement strategies, and nutrition-specific services. On the final day, nutrition experts and partners such as DevRes and MERF delivered targeted sessions on caseload projections and malnutrition management. The orientation concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony and closing remarks by the CEO, reaffirming PPHI Sindh's commitment to capacity building, innovation, and community-centered healthcare.
