Training of Trainers (ToT) for the MAMTA Mother and Child Support Program-held
The first day of the Training of Trainers (ToT) for the MAMTA Mother and Child Support Program-held on April 15, 2025, in Hyderabad-successfully concluded with the active participation of 18 representatives from PPHI.
A significant focus of the day was the detailed session on the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Payment System led by the SSPA Payment Specialist. This session explained payment workflow, beneficiary verification, disbursement timelines, and grievance redressal protocols. The clarity provided on the recording and resolution of complaints and the accountability mechanisms in place was particularly well received,underscoring the transfer of transparent funds.
The other session was Social and Behavioral Change oriented including the Socio-Ecological Model, social and gender norms, and essential counselling skills.
The day culminated successfully with post-test feedback and reflections.
